Around 80 delegates from ISTA, Guangdong Science and Technology Department, Tel Aviv University, Sabancı University, Guangzhou University, Nanjing Medical University and Zhong Da Capital attended the event.
In the AGM, Prof. KANG Ke-jun was accepted as ISTA Individual Member and the proposed revision of the Article of Association for one additional vice-chairman in ISTA Executive Committee was approved. The AGM had achieved fruitful discussions and had received numerous precious suggestions from the participants, regarding the activities completed for the past year and the future development of ISTA. These include
Knowledge Transfer Management Forum Series titled “University Venture Management & Regional Innovation” was held in conjunction with the Annual General Meeting on 7 Nov 2014. The Forum brought together university administrators and experts from the region to share their experience, approaches and practices in developing and managing university ventures.
On the next day, ISTA delegation visited DAAN Gene Co., Ltd., Tianhe-2 Supercomputer of Sun Yat-sen University, and understood their operation and future prospects.
